Absolutely, we support PlanEdge on Windows versions 7 through 10. We don’t however support the RT version of Windows.
Basic support is included with the monthly / annual subscription, although you can purchase enhanced support.

The product ships with the common set of icons for most room types. If you require any custom icons we can create these for you. Please speak to sale about your specific requirements.
All plans are drawn in meters, we recommend drawing to 2 decimal places (i.e. nearest centimetre). The final plan shows metric units with a UK imperial conversion to feet and inches for linear measurements and area.
The Leica Disto D3aBT Laser Measure seems to be the most popular choice with our customers.
We offer both virtual and attended training courses.
At the moment it only runs on Windows but we may look at this in the future.
This is one of the fundamental features that helps create accurate plans.
Using the dedicated client application (included free in the annual subscription) they can make simple graphical changes. These include, room names, colours, layout, measurement locations (e.g. measure to widest part / narrowest part, see the video on the home page) and many more.
PlanEdge was designed to remove the need for CAD by allowing you to output directly to various file formats including JPEG / PNG / PDF.
We currently accept PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
Most customers prefer to use tablets that are light weight <600g such as the Asus VivoTab or Linx 1010 but some are using Microsoft Surface devices.
